We currently have 5 people (3 guys and 2 girls) and want you to be the 6th in our duplex in Evansville near USI, for the 2[login-to-view] school year. We are on the 2nd floor, but we also know the people who will be living below, so we will have a great time. There is really no set preference for what kind of person you are, just as long as you are a low-key person. Also, you will share a room with another USI guy. Here are some details:
Move-in mid July and move-out next July (xxxx), we have three bedrooms and 2 baths in the duplex, there are 2 people per bedroom, we are only one street away from the beach, there are 2 mini-fridges and 1 large fridge in the duplex, and there is a computer desk provided in each room.
