I live in a very nice beautiful brick ranch on the Northwest side of town with a deck, a fireplace, and a garage in a quiet residential neighborhood.
I'm seeking a live in arrangement. I pay the bills, have a car, run my own business from my home, etc. I'll take care of all the expenses, transportation needs, within reason, etc.
I do have a housemate, but I do have my own private bedroom, of course.
