What I am looking for in a roommate:
I would prefer a female roommate who is polite, somewhat intelligent, laid-back, but who pays her rent on time, is financially stable, and who cleans up after herself. You do not have to be immaculate with household chores, as long as you are not a total slob. ? No drugs, no smoking, no pets. No loud, wild parties at all hours of the night or even during the day. Occasional guests are fine.
You will have to pass a credit/background check with the leasing office.
