We are seeking a Real Estate Manager which will oversee property lease administration functions related to facilities and real estate transaction which Old National participates as lessor, lessee or owner. Internally, the individual will work closely with the Facilities staff, Regional administration, Corporate Accounting and Legal departments. Externally the position will work closely with software vendors, service providers, outside legal counsel, construction management firm, commercial real estate brokers, landlords and tenants. Additional responsibilities are listed below but not limited to: • Budgeting all building rent payments and tenant lease income. • Negotiate new leases, renewal terms and terminations • Supervise the maintenance of the lease tracking software and preparation of reports needed by Corp Accounting to comply with the new lease accounting FASB. • Provide necessary accounting entries for reconciliation and budgeting • Enhance lease administration to achieve optimal results. Continually analyze all lease arrangements for compliance with ONB policy, procedure and strategy.
