The Community Manager plays the most important role in the success of a community. This significant position offers tremendous opportunity for growth, and is on the fast track to growth within the company. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, aware of marketing tactics, and have two years as a manager or customer service role.

Responsibilities include:
• Mentoring, training, and motivating team members to meet and exceed the goals of the community
• Developing and implementing a marketing campaign to attract residents including direct B2B marketing, on-site events, and community outreach
• Achieving maximum occupancy and revenue growth
• Creating and executing successful resident retention strategies
• Performing administrative tasks as necessary to manage all aspects of the office
• Implementing practices to minimize delinquency and vacancy loss
• Providing legendary customer service
Requirements:
• Two years Community Manager, Assistant Manager experience or strong sales and Customer Service experience
• A proven track record in analyzing market conditions and implementing procedures to ensure an edge above the competition
• Top notch organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic and a “whatever it takes” attitude
