CBU POST CLOSING SPECIALIST - Old National Bank (Evansville) in Evansville, Indiana For Sale
Old National Bank has an opportunity for a Commercial Banking Unit Post Closing Specialist. This position will work with Commercial Banking Unit Agents and Commercial Relationship Managers (RM 1 Level) to provide support and coordination of new money and renewal requests of transactions. The Post Closing Specialist must have an understanding of commercial online application system and commercial documents and be able to prepare legal files, track trailing documentation and work with other internal areas to support the review of Commercial Banking Unit files.
Specific Responsibilities:
Complete post closing process on funded loans. Validate documents were executed in accordance with lending standards and the approval. Identify missing documents, signatures and other items for ongoing tracking. Create new collateral files to be housed within the Commercial Banking Unit and set up ticklers for trailing documents in the Commercial Tickler Tracking System (CTTS).
Work daily paid loan report. Process paid loans, release appropriate collateral and maintain retention record of loan file.
Manage the follow up process with Relationship Managers on trailing documents for each commercial loan. File documents in specific collateral files that are housed in a central vault. Maintain contact with Relationship Managers to begin renewal processing.
Prepare payoff quotes and complete other requests made by the Relationship Managers and third parties.
Monitor UCC continuations and Negotiable Collateral. Prepare email notifications to Relationship Managers for upcoming maturities. Assist with internal and external loan reviews by coordinating files and providing information from files.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in general business preferred.
2+ years experience working with commercial lending documentation is preferred.
2+ years related office work experience is required; preferably in banking.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance is preferred.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Must have experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
