The payroll administrator will join our friendly, corporate team in Evansville, IN. This position provides a great opportunity for an experienced individual to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities: Initiate payroll at appropriate time. Bi:weekly payroll processing for multiple facilities in various states. Evaluate and prepare on:demand checks. Generate biweekly payroll reports. Pull and generate direct deposit and POSPAY. Process and balance garnishments and child support orders. The ability to demonstrate extreme professionalism, discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality concerning personnel information. Applying experience and knowledge to develop quality technical solutions. Completing special projects as assigned. Interacting with company staff to resolve payroll discrepancies and answer inquiries. Qualifications: 3:5 years prior payroll processing and tax experience required Knowledge on federal and state garnishment law Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, Excel, and ten key calculator skills. Associates Degree preferred but not required.
